The impending GST effective 1 April 2015 will have a business impact for Mall Operators. The talk will concentrate on the key focus areas which include Monthly Payment and Billing Processes, Reimbursement vs Disbursements, Tax Invoices and Employee Benefits.
Pre-requisite: Participants are expected to have some knowledge on the fundamental concepts of GST and the mechanism of GST prior to this briefing session.
Our talk will be presented by Mr Daniel Chow, CFO of IFCA Group of companies who has dedicated over 21 years building his career in finance and taxation in the Property/Construction sector. He has served several large Property Development and Construction companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, prior to joining the IFCA Group. Daniel has also completed a full course of GST certification programme conducted by Royal Malaysia Customs. Throughout the years, he has acquired working knowledge on GST/VAT countries such as Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.
