Following the enthusiastic response from our members to PPKM’s awards the previous 2 years, we are pleased to announce that we shall be organising the same awards for 2018. We are proud to acknowledge and recognize our member malls’ tremendous marketing efforts for shoppers to enjoy a great experiential time at our malls throughout the year.  PPKM AWARDS 2018 for Best Experiential Marketing will be based on the same principles as indicated below :


The award will be categorised based on the following :

  • Category A: Malls with nett lettable area (NLA) of 500,000 sq ft and below
  • Category B: Malls with nett lettable area (NLA) of 500,001 sq ft to 999,999 sq ft
  • Category C: Malls with nett lettable area (NLA) of 1,000,000 sq ft and above


Description of Entry

  • Marketing entries must cover programmes organised between 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018
  • Malls can submit several entries but each entry must be completed on a separate form.
  • The cost for each entry is RM500.00 which is non-refundable.
  • Please complete the Entry Form online and we will then email the invoice for your remittance.
  • A confirmation letter for your registration(s) together with the submission link will be issued after your payment and no confirmation letter will be issued until payment has been received.
  • You may only upload your submissions on or from 1 July 2018 onwards.
  • All entries must be submitted at the said link for judging by the closing date of 15 July 2018. Technical support during your submission process is available at Tel: +6019 857 1893
  • All entries Judging will be done by a Panel of Judges comprising reputable industry practitioners.
  • There will be one (1) Gold and one (1) Silver Award for each of the three (3) categories. If there is no eligible entry, the judges may reserve the right not to grant any awards.


Award Finalists will be announced latest by 10 August 2018.


The Award Winners will be announced and presented during our forthcoming PPKM Awards Gala Dinner to be held on 29 August 2018 at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.


Please note that interested participants may pre-register online at and remit your registration fee from now onwards.


Therefore, with this early notification, you may now start your internal preparations and documentations.

PPK Malaysia is pleased to announce that in line with our MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION CAMPAIGNS 2018 to encourage new recruitment of corporate and individual members etc., the next promotion campaign will be as follows:

There will also be a SPECIAL Promotion for corporate memberships as follows:

  • existing corporate members who currently have more than one (1) membership may include additional shopping centres/buildings as new members by only paying an entrance fee of RM2,500.00 plus the Annual Subscription Fee of RM2,000.00 (total payment: RM4,500.00).



In addition, a SPECIAL Promotion for individual membership will be as follows:

  • personnel who are currently employed by existing corporate members of the Association can now join as individual members and have the entrance fee WAIVED. Just pay the Annual Subscription Fee of RM200.00 (total payment: RM200.00)



ALL current members are encouraged to inform their colleagues and/or associates of the above promotion campaigns as PPK Malaysia will offer to individuals (only) who are recommending the new applicant, an incentive payment amounting to 10% of the entrance fee paid, subject to approval of the membership application.


Please be reminded that personnel who wish to undertake the full programme of our Certification Courses in Shopping Mall Management comprising Parts 1, 2 and 3 and become CERTIFIED MANAGERS upon qualification are required to become and remain current Individual Members.
