Celebrating 40 years is definitely a milestone and a significant achievement which we have only attained with the strong support of all our members and the strong leadership of our captains of the industry.

We celebrated with a gala dinner on 4 September 2024 at Sunway Resort Hotel, Petaling Jaya with more than 1,200 guests in attendance comprising shopping mall personnel, retailers and related associates. It was the epitome of Ruby Radiance in full force.

The event was graced Datuk Dr Yasmin Mahmood, Chairman, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board who represented our Guest of Honour, Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture. She gave away the 2023-2024 Awards for Best Experiential Marketing and Top Sustainability Practices.
